Founding Partner
He focuses on companies that are between $5M and $50M in revenue, acting as their outside general counsel, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, and helping them with certification as a Women Owned Business (WBE), Minority Owned Business (MBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Dan has partial ownership in companies in the manufacturing, apiary, landscaping, management consulting, trucking, and automotive repair industries.
Prior to forming Murray & Regan Law, he was Assistant Vice President in the legal department of Envestnet Asset Management, a leading provider of integrated solutions to financial advisors and institutions.

He considers himself a general practitioner, however, the majority of his practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. He has helped countless individuals legally both inside and outside the courtroom and has always view the legal profession as a passion, not work. As a former collegiate athlete at Franciscan University of Steubenville, he looks to incorporate principles of strong work ethic and collaboration in an effort to bring success to the team as a whole.
Prior to forming Murray & Regan Law, he was Managing Partner of Murray Law, LLC where he worked with his dad. It was his dad, Daniel Murray, that first inspired Frank to practice law and was always a dream of them both to practice law together. Frank and Dan practiced law from 2016 until Daniel’s passing in December 2023.
