Meet Drew Barnholtz

Senior Counsel and Lead Attorney – Cleveland, OH

As Lead Attorney for the Ohio offices of Murray & Regan, Drew R. Barnholtz provides comprehensive legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses.

With 28 years of experience as both a General Counsel and private practice attorney, Drew specializes in mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel services, healthcare law, and estate and succession planning. His career includes leadership roles at Invacare Corporation and University Hospitals, where he managed complex deals, regulatory compliance, and capital raises, as well as earlier positions serving Fortune 100 clients at PwC and Fortune 500 clients at Accenture.

A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law with a J.D. and Health Care Certificate (1998), Drew is licensed to practice in Ohio and Missouri. Passionate about family, community, and helping others succeed, Drew finds joy in seeing people achieve their goals—and in his spare time, you’ll likely find him talking about, reading about, or driving cars, his lifelong fascination.
