Frankfort, IL — June 16th — Murray and Regan Law is pleased to welcome two outstanding additions to its legal team: C. Douglas Moran, joining as the lead Attorney for the Chicago office, and Paige Cordova, as Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Their combined experience and dedication to excellence will further strengthen the firm’s ability to serve individuals, families, and businesses across Illinois.
C. Douglas Moran is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience representing employers in complex employment and commercial litigation matters. His practice focuses on general business disputes, banking law, trade secrets, and all facets of employment law. Doug has litigated thousands of cases, taken over 50 trials to verdict in both state and federal courts, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from single-member LLCs to global corporations.
His employment law expertise includes drafting and reviewing workplace policies, advising on day-to-day HR issues, and defending employers before federal and state agencies. Known for his practical, results-oriented approach, Doug supports clients during their most challenging legal moments—whether navigating their first employment claim or managing high-stakes personnel decisions.
Doug earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas, as well as numerous U.S. District and Circuit Courts across the country.
Paige Cordova is a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional with over eight years of experience supporting attorneys in residential and commercial real estate, landlord-tenant matters, licensing, and estate planning. She plays a vital role in the firm’s daily operations—handling legal research, document preparation, case management, client communication, and interfacing with government agencies to ensure transactions and filings are completed efficiently and accurately.
Known for her strong work ethic and independence, Paige has successfully coordinated with teams of local counsel across multiple states to bring complex real estate deals to the finish line. She thrives in collaborative environments and is often recognized for her reliability and client-first mindset. Paige studied at Illinois State University and Joliet Junior College after graduating from Lincoln-Way Central High School.
